Each action has an impact, like ripples in the water. DISHER is pleased to be recognized for making positive Ripples Of Influence (ROI) with our customers, our company and throughout the communities where we live and work. Being recognized by outside organizations feels great and definitely is appreciated but it is humbling at the same time. We hope the recognition is simply a reflection of what we try to do every day: in Making a Positive Difference.
“What an honor for our entire team and the contribution each one makes to this great place to work,” stated Jeff Disher, Founder and President. The folks at DISHER are excited by the announcement but take it all in stride as they continue to go about finding new ways to deliver meaningful solutions for their customers.
“Our success with our customers depends on the talent, creativity, and enthusiasm of our people,” said Jeff Disher, Founder and President. “Since 2000 we have been committed to our mission statement to Make a Positive Difference. We are very intentional in how we build a healthy culture that brings out the best in our employees.”
DISHER was awarded a $200,000 performance-based grant from the Michigan Business Development Program. “DISHER has grown into a world-class company in product development. The MEDC support will help secure their long-term future in our region,” said Jennifer Owens, President of Lakeshore Advantage.
The West Coast Chamber of Commerce awarded DISHER the 2015 Business Leadership Award for their noteworthy impact in Southwest Michigan. Jeff Disher accepted the award on behalf of the company. He thanked DISHER’s amazing team for working hard to serve their clients, fellow employees, and community so well.
