Problem Statement

Create a vision map to bring clarity and direction to their team and their network.

CORE QUESTIONS

Before meeting with MMTC, DISHER had their leadership team reflect and answer several key questions about their operation. DISHER gathered as much information as possible about their vision, mission, values, how they operated, and who they served. This information was placed into DISHER’s vision mapping template in preparation for the Vision Mapping Workshop.

 

VISION MAPPING WORKSHOP

DISHER facilitated a half-day workshop with MMTC’s leadership team, a Certified Facilitator, and a Creative Lead in a highly collaborative way. DISHER’s vision mapping template was used as a guide to walk through the five Ws with MMTC to bring definition, unity, and fill in any gaps. All ideas, comments, and visuals were captured and considered in DISHER’s Whiteboard Workshop room.

SYNTHESIZING & VISUALIZING CONTENT

MMTC’s leadership team agreed upon the content that best represented why they exist, who they are, and where they’re going. This content was used by a DISHER Graphic Designer and Copywriter to design and develop MMTC’s unique vision map. DISHER also created an additional visual asset for MMTC to capture their network of partnerships throughout West Michigan.

RESULTS

MMTC was thrilled to develop a clear, unified, and visual summary of their why, way, what, who, where, and how. MMTC uses their vision map with internal staff and external clients to paint a clear picture of their strategy. The MMTC-West Network was made into a large poster for their office
