Immersive Research

DISHER Researchers did extensive benchmarking, trend analysis, interviewing, and live interaction to capture not only data but behaviors, emotions, and cognitive perceptions on 3 medical devices.

Information Analysis

After systematically collecting a large quantity of in-depth research, it was organized into themes and categories, then analyzed and reviewed by the team and customer.

EPIC Decision Diamond

The information was placed into an EPIC format under four main categories: Economic Events, Production Partnerships, Industry Insights, and Competitive Comparison.

Ranking & Final Decision

Each EPIC category was analyzed and ranked for all three devices. Total scores were calculated and specific recommendations were made to the executive team to enable sound decision making.

SWOT & Next Steps

DISHER facilitated a SWOT with the customer for all three market segments. We also developed brand guidelines and marketing materials for a successful launch.
