Allison is a graduate from Grand Valley State University, with studies in Public Administration, Business, and Public Relations & Advertising. She began with DISHER as an intern, and now recruits for internal and external positions as a part of the Talent Attraction Team. Allison also loves continuing to learn through her passions in painting, playing music, and traveling.

Anna has invested her talents in the wonderful world of human resources since 2009. “I love being in a role that allows me to talk with people and build relationships every day.” With a BS degree in Music Business at Huntington University, Anna still makes music a big part of her life whether creating her own or enjoying other people’s works. Anna enjoys hiking, camping, cycling, and snowboarding.

Brandon has a B.A. in business management and communications from Hope College.  He is a part of the Talent Engineering team in which he recruits for internal and external positions. Brandon enjoys the Great Lakes of Michigan in which he can paddle board, boat, and wake surf.

Christy has nearly a decade of recruiting experience, primarily for technical, professional and leadership positions within manufacturing.  She advises and implements process improvements in recruiting teams for local and North American companies.  Christy has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Masters in Public Administration.

David has a BBA in Human Resources Management from GVSU. As a Talent Engineer, he brings his natural focus on building meaningful relationships to connect great people and great companies. He enjoys helping people find what they’re best at, and helping firms discover what and who they need most. David also loves to travel to go skiing and hiking whenever he can.

Frank graduated from Hope College with a B.A. in Communications. He is a part of the Talent Attraction team and enjoys helping others advance their career. In his free time, Frank enjoys golfing and volunteering his time to the Hudsonville High School Varsity Basketball team.

She is originally from Alabama’s gulf coast region and enjoys indulging in southern cuisine regularly (any cuisine really). She enjoys watching sports and getting on the tennis court as often as possible.

Jessi enjoys the blending of people and business in Talent Attraction. Since 2009, Jessi’s been applying the skills she’s learned from her BS in HR Management from Ball State University, MBA from Anderson University, and Black Belt in Internet Recruitment. Jessi loves to read, shop, attend concerts, and play with her twin daughters. If she had a super power, she’d travel back in time and become a member of the Resistance during World War II.

She has over 18 years of experience in talent branding, talent selection, process implementation, talent related problem solving and reorganizing business units. Keri has worked in a variety of industries to assist companies in acquiring top talent as well as develop a solid infrastructure. She is also the instigator of office nerf wars!

Kevin enjoys improving processes – manufacturing or business processes. When he isn’t doing that, he enjoys playing soccer, running, mountain biking, and driving old sports cars. Kevin has a BS in Industrial Management and MBA in Finance. Kevin leads the Disher Manufacturing Tech Services and Disher Business Solutions Teams.

Kimberly brings many skills from her years at Bethany Christian Services and Women at Risk International. A Grand Valley State University alumni, Kimberly received her BA in Public and Nonprofit Administration with an Emphasis in Community Health and a Minor in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Kimberly loves kayaking, hiking, camping, traveling, and art— in addition to her husband and golden retriever.

Kristian has a BA in HR Mgmt. from WMU.  As a Talent Strategist, he helps organizations attract and retain top talent in a wide variety of industries and fields.  He’s passionate about travel and experiencing new cultures which is why he joined the Peace Corps as a Small Business Development consultant where he served 27 months in Morocco.

Stephanie is passionate about staffing. “I’ve never seen recruiting as a job but as a way to make a difference in someone’s life.” In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys playing baseball with her two active boys and water skiing. Stephanie’s hero is her Great Grandmother who showed her what it’s like to live a life full of love, laughter, and happiness. Stephanie graduated from Purdue University with a BA in Communications.
