Allison is a graduate from Grand Valley State University, with studies in Public Administration, Business, and Public Relations & Advertising. She began with DISHER as an intern, and now recruits for internal and external positions as a part of the Talent Attraction Team. Allison also loves continuing to learn through her passions in painting, playing music, and traveling.

Anna has invested her talents in the wonderful world of human resources since 2009. “I love being in a role that allows me to talk with people and build relationships every day.” With a BS degree in Music Business at Huntington University, Anna still makes music a big part of her life whether creating her own or enjoying other people’s works. Anna enjoys hiking, camping, cycling, and snowboarding.

Brandon has a B.A. in business management and communications from Hope College.  He is a part of the Talent Engineering team in which he recruits for internal and external positions. Brandon enjoys the Great Lakes of Michigan in which he can paddle board, boat, and wake surf.

David has a BBA in Human Resources Management from GVSU. As a Talent Engineer, he brings his natural focus on building meaningful relationships to connect great people and great companies. He enjoys helping people find what they’re best at, and helping firms discover what and who they need most. David also loves to travel to go skiing and hiking whenever he can.

Emily is thrilled to join DISHER’s Indy team as a Talent Engineer. She recently graduated with a Human Resources and Management degree from the IUPUI (Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis) Kelley School of Business. In her spare time, Emily’s favorite hobbies include traveling and reading anything by JK Rowling.

Frank graduated from Hope College with a BA in Communications. He’s a part of the Talent Solutions team and enjoys helping customers and candidates achieve their long-terms goals. In 2016 Frank earned his Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) from AIRS Training Academy. When he isn’t working, Frank’s favorite activities include golfing, kayaking, and volunteering his time to the Hudsonville High School Varsity Basketball team.

Gabe is a native of Zeeland, Michigan and graduate of Hope College with a BA in Business Management/Communication. He enjoys hiking, fishing, time with friends, and is an avid dog lover. Jaclyn bring eight years of industry experience in recruiting and talent placement to the Talent Solutions team. She also brings business savvy with her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University. Jaclyn enjoys spending every possible second outdoors either camping, kayaking, boating, hunting, or fishing.

Jacquelyn has a BS in Integrated Leadership Studies/ Enterprise Leadership from Central Michigan University. She is originally from Alabama’s gulf coast region and enjoys indulging in southern cuisine regularly (any cuisine really). She enjoys watching sports and getting on the tennis court as often as possible.

Jessi enjoys the blending of people and business in Talent Attraction. Since 2009, Jessi’s been applying the skills she’s learned from her BS in HR Management from Ball State University, MBA from Anderson University, and Black Belt in Internet Recruitment. Jessi loves to read, shop, attend concerts, and play with her twin daughters. If she had a super power, she’d travel back in time and become a member of the Resistance during World War II.

Keri is an expert in staffing management with over 21 years of experience in talent attraction, retention, branding, implementation, problem solving, and reorganization. Keri has worked in a variety of industries assisting companies in acquiring top talent as well as developing a solid culture and infrastructure. She is also the instigator of DISHER nerf wars!

Kimberly brings many skills from her years at Bethany Christian Services and Women at Risk International. A Grand Valley State University alumni, Kimberly received her BA in Public and Nonprofit Administration with an Emphasis in Community Health and a Minor in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Kimberly loves kayaking, hiking, camping, traveling, and art— in addition to her husband and golden retriever.

Kristian has a BA in HR Mgmt. from WMU.  As a Talent Strategist, he helps organizations attract and retain top talent in a wide variety of industries and fields.  He’s passionate about travel and experiencing new cultures which is why he joined the Peace Corps as a Small Business Development consultant where he served 27 months in Morocco.

Shawna graduated with a BA in Management and Communication from Hope College. As a Talent Engineer, she partners with companies and plays professional matchmaker. She enjoys traveling and finding the next best cup of coffee.

Stephanie is passionate about staffing. “I’ve never seen recruiting as a job but as a way to make a difference in someone’s life.” In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys playing baseball with her two active boys and water skiing. Stephanie’s hero is her Great Grandmother who showed her what it’s like to live a life full of love, laughter, and happiness. Stephanie graduated from Purdue University with a BA in Communications.
