Making a Positive Difference in Our Community

Community care is a primary focus for our team through the giving of our financial resources, time, and talents.

Giving Back

DISHER gives 10% of our annual profits to community endeavors. This tithe is broken down into three categories: First Fruits Giving, Special-Cause Giving, and Charity Cash.

Stewardship

Every team member is given 20 paid hours of community service (stewardship) time to local organizations. The team gives an average of 3,000 hours back to the community each year.

STEM

We are passionate about raising up the next generation of innovators. We visit schools and colleges, help with after-school robotics, and bring groups in for learning days at DISHER.
